Triple Oscillator Engine

Three independent oscillators form the heart of Reecer.

Oscillator A und B bieten jeweils 14 Waveforms: Sawtooth, Square, Pulse und Sine sind nur der Anfang. Formant Synthesis erzeugt vokalähnliche Texturen mit stufenlosem A E I O U Morphing. Die Phase Distortion Waveforms (PD Saw, PD Square, PD Pulse, PD DblSine, PD HalfSine) bringen den Sound der klassischen Phase-Distortion-Synthese zurück, erweitert um resonante Varianten (PD ResSaw, PD ResTri, PD ResTrap) für aggressive, durchsetzungsfähige Sounds.

Das Harmonic Series Wavetable basiert auf der natürlichen Obertonreihe, der typische Klang von Blechbläsern. Perfekt für moderne Foghorns, fette Leads und die breiten, obertonreichen Texturen, die in Bass Music, Dubstep und Future Bass den Unterschied machen. Das Morph Control fährt stufenlos durch die Obertonreihe: von warmen Grundtönen bis zu schneidenden, hornartigen Klängen.

Each oscillator has its own parameters for Level, Pan, Octave, Pulse Width Modulation and Hard Sync. The Morph Control enables transitions between waveforms in real time.

Der Sub Oscillator liefert das Fundament. Wählbare Waveform (Saw, Square, Sine) und Octave Range von -3 bis +1, der Druck, den elektronische Musik braucht.

Dazu ein Noise Generator mit fünf Typen (White, Pink, Brown, Blue, Violet), von subtil bis perkussiv.

27 Filters

The filter section is the heart of every synthesizer. Reecer bietet 27 verschiedene Filtertypen.

The Vintage Emulations:

Ladder: warm, round transistor-cascade character with creamy resonance. Diode: tight, biting acid bark from a diode cascade. Sallen-Key: sharp and cutting, with screaming resonance into self-oscillation. Edge: nasal, edgy character with idiosyncratic vocal coloration. CMOS: aggressive, digital edge with biting resonance. SVF: clean state-variable filter with simultaneous LP/HP/BP outputs and creamy resonance. Classic: the musical 4-pole low-pass sound of classic polysynths. Acid: raw acid coloration with accent and slide for rolling, squelching basslines. Raw: rough, aggressive character with distinct distortion in the resonance. LPG: Low Pass Gate for organic, percussive textures.

All filters offer selectable slope from 12 to 48 dB/octave, full keyboard tracking and can be routed serial or parallel with the second filter.

16 Slot Modulation Matrix with 5 LFOs

Movement is everything. The Modulation Matrix with 16 slots connects any source to any destination.

15 Modulation Sources: Fünf LFOs, LFO 1 bis 3 mit klassischen Waveforms (Sine, Triangle, Saw, Square, Sample & Hold, Noise), frei wählbare oder Host-synchronisierte Rate. LFO 4 und 5 sind frei zeichenbar, sechs Curve Modes (Linear, Smooth, S Curve, Exponential Up/Down, Steps) und über 25 Presets von simplen Grundformen bis zu komplexen rhythmischen Patterns wie Trance Gate, Sidechain, Breakbeat oder Dubstep.

Plus four Envelopes (Amp A, Amp B, Filter, AUX), Velocity, Mod Wheel, Aftertouch, Pitch Bend and Key Tracking.

Over 50 Modulation Targets: Oscillator Frequency, Waveform, Pulse Width, Filter Frequency, Resonance, Distortion Parameters, Panning, Effect Settings and more.

Alle modulierten Parameter zeigen orangefarbene Ringe mit Echtzeit-Visualisierung, auch bei komplexen Patches bleibt alles übersichtlich.

Quad Distortion Chain with 15 Algorithms

Distortion is part of electronic music. Reecer bietet eine vierfache Distortion Chain, jeder Slot wird als virtuelles Pedal mit eigener Transfer Curve angezeigt.

15 Algorithms: Soft Clip for warmth and presence. Hard Clip for harder sounds. Tube with harmonic overtones. Tape with analog character. Bitcrush for lo-fi and retro. Wavefold for complex overtone structures. Rectifier for aggressive, synthetic textures. Asymmetric for odd harmonics.

The four slots can be switched serial or parallel. Serial for building saturation, parallel for complex, layered distortion.

Each slot offers Amount, Mix and Type selection with LED indication.

Morph EQ

Der Vier-Band Morph EQ ist kein gewöhnlicher Equalizer. Jedes Band bewegt sich über das Frequenzspektrum, von einer Start- zu einer Zielfrequenz, gesteuert durch wählbare Waveforms und synchronisierbar zum Host Tempo.

Parameter pro Band: Start und Target Frequency (20 Hz, 20 kHz), Gain (±24 dB), Q Factor, Speed, Modulation Waveform, Tempo Sync Division.

Die Echtzeit-Visualisierung zeigt die Bewegung im Spektrum. Filter Sweeps, rhythmische Frequenzmodulationen, Bewegungen, was mit statischem EQ nicht geht.

Effects

A complete effect chain makes Reecer an all-in-one instrument:

Modulation Effects: Chorus for stereo width and depth, Phaser for classic phase modulation, Flanger for jet sounds and comb filter, Stereo Width Control.

Delay: Independent times for left and right, separate feedback per side, cross feed for ping pong, tempo sync, warble for tape-like wow and flutter effects, stereo width control.

Dual Frequency Shifter: Two independent frequency shifters (±2000 Hz), serial or parallel routing, keyboard tracking.

Reverb: Size, Damping, Width and Mix.

Compression: Dreistufig, Pre Compression vor den Effects, Post Compression danach, Master Compressor mit Attack und Release am Output.

Note Splitter

The Note Splitter turns single MIDI notes into complete chords with up to 7 voices. Signal Chain: MIDI Input → Noteshift → Octave Jump → Note Split → MIDI Output.

Chord Categories: Triads, Seventh Chords, Extended Chords, Power Chords, Inversions, Open Voicings, Quartal Chords, Clusters, EDM-optimized voicings.

Each of the 7 voices has its own pitch and velocity settings.

Composing Section

150 patterns in the integrated library: 50 Bass Patterns (Standard Root, Syncopated Funk, Walking Bass, Octave Bounce). 50 Melody Patterns (Lyrical Phrase, Motif Based, Call Response, Scale Run). 50 Arp Patterns (Up Sweep, Down Sweep, Psy Triplet, Up Down Wave).

Der Mood Generator erzeugt Chord Progressions: HAPPY, Dur im Ionischen Modus. SAD, Moll mit i iv v VI VII. MELANCHOLIC, erweiterte Septakkorde. ENERGETIC, Power Chord Progressions.

All 12 root notes selectable, 1 to 16 chords (each chord = 1 bar).

MIDI Drag & Drop Export, das komplette Pattern direkt in die DAW, Bass, Melody, Arps und Chords auf separaten MIDI Channels.

Performance Macros

Six Macro Controllers: M1 to M4 as classic knobs, M5 (X) and M6 (Y) as XY Pad.

MIDI CC assignment for hardware controllers. All mappings are saved with the preset.

Four Curve Types: Linear (1:1), Exponential (acceleration at high values), Logarithmic (acceleration at low values), S Curve (smooth transition).

Analog Drift

For true analog character: oscillator drift (frequency instability 0–100%), filter drift (cutoff variations).

Vintage presets tuned to classic mono- and polysynth characters.
