Error description
Preset browser/ save preset
- Not a bug as such but it would be nice if the dialogue could remember that last username when saving a patch, so you don’t have to type that in every time
Play Mode:
- Legato does not appear to work
Filter ADSR:
- I had made a default patch which I have now deleted (deleted the previous testing patches so back to 0 Presets) reloaded Reecer the FLT ADSR Mix defaults to 100% (F1 ENV 0% & F2 ENV 0%)
It’s hard to tell exactly what’s going on: Set up Single OCS Filter ADSR Mix 100%, F1 ENV 100%, Atk 0%, Dec 5.0ms, Rel 0.00, LP 24db, Res 30%
Pattern 3 x 1/16th notes (slightly shorter to allow for 15ms release with no overlap) 100bpm
- F1 Cut 10HZ (visual feedback on the knob would suggest around 50% bipolar motion however in reality it looks like the filter peaks at around 16hz
- ADRS feedback suggests bipolar I think a standard unipolar envelope would work better
- To hit full frequency within the filter sweep min value of the filter can only go to 4834hz which doesn’t then sweep low enough to make a Psy bass
I am Aware 1/16 at 100BPM is 150ms with decay set to 100ms (Sus still 0)
- F1 cut at 10HZ (visual feedback on the knob is inconsistent varying between 15% & 50%) there is no difference in the filter response with F1 env at 100 and F1 env at 0
- Min F1 Cut to get full frequency with 100ms dec, Sus 0% is around 10000Hz which doesn’t sweep low enough for a Psy bass
LFO:
- Retrigger on LFO 1,2 &3 does not appear to be working, tried sync on and off does not retrigger with midi or play back
- Clicking the white header above GUI cause LFO motion to pause on all LFO’s
Modulation Matrix:
- FM Amt A does not appear to work (not sure if this is a legit target as there is no FM Amt A in the FM section)
- FM Amt B does not appear to work
- Pitch A does not appear to work
- Pitch B does not appear to work
- Pan A does not appear to work
- Pan B does not appear to work
- FLT mix does not appear to work
- Drive (under FLT mix) if that is FLT drive does not appear to work (although not sure that is a legit target as there is nod drive parameter in the filter
- LFO 1 rate does not appear to work
- LFO 2 rate does not appear to work
- LFO 3 rate does not appear to work
- Macro 1-4 Works no visual feedback on the knobs though
- Sub Level does not appear to work
- OSC A level does not appear to work
- OSC B level does not appear to work
- Phase offset does not appear to work
- Formant A does not appear to work
- DRV1 Amt does not appear to work
- DRV1 Mix does not appear to work
- Chorus all 3 parameters have no visual feedback but do not appear to work
Filters:
- Bell Filter behaves the same as the band pass filter
- Low shelf behaves like the LP filter
- High Shelf behaves like the HP filter
- Don’t know much about the filter but the ladder filter reduces in volume massively when the Res is pushed to max
- Steiner filter produces side information not sure if that is meant to be the case
- OB SEM start doing weird stuff past 150hz
- Prophet filter produces side information not sure if that is meant to be the case
- Vowel filter produces side information past 219hz not sure if that is meant to be the case
- Karlsen Filter has the same volume behaviour as the ladder filter
Settings Tab:
Something Bugs out the phase restart (not sure what after I was testing the mod targets and the filters the phase start is random and the knob no longer has any effect, resolve when loading a new patch
Thats all i had time for today, defo a lot of improvemnets still a lot to do, thanks for the shout out no problem with with the direct mention (not required though you have been doing a lot for the comunity, I just thought it would be nice to give something back)

Hi Steven,
Thank you so much again for this incredibly thorough bug report, this is exactly the kind of detailed testing that makes a real difference!
Great news: almost everything you reported is fixed in today's v1.1.1 update. Let me go through your list:
Preset browser / remember username: Fixed. The save dialog now remembers your last author name within the session.
Legato: Completely rewritten. JUCE's voice allocation was killing envelopes on the second note. Legato now bypasses JUCE entirely and retunes the
playing voice directly. Portamento glide is now also smooth at audio rate (44.1kHz) instead of the old stepped 30Hz.
Filter ADSR / F1 ENV / F2 ENV: Fixed. This was a confirmed bug where the envelope knobs had literally zero effect because the code was reading a dead
internal variable instead of the actual knob values. Also increased the envelope sweep range from 4 octaves to 10 octaves so it sweeps low enough
for Psy bass.
LFO Retrigger: Fixed. Three separate bugs were preventing retrigger from having any audible effect. Now works correctly with sync on and off.
LFO pause on header click: Fixed. Global LFOs now run on the audio thread instead of the GUI timer thread, so UI interactions no longer affect them.
Modulation Matrix: I have to be honest here, I was not able to reproduce most of the mod target issues you listed. Pitch A/B, Pan A/B, Filter Mix,LFO Rates, Sub Level, OSC A/B Level, Phase Offset, Formant A, DRV1 are all working on my end. However, FM Amt A and FM Amt B were confirmed dead targets and have been remapped (FM Amt A is now Portamento, FM Amt B is now LFO4 Rate). The Drive target was also dead and is now wired to Distortion Slot 1 Amount. Could you try again with v1.1.1 and let me know if any targets are still not working? It is possible there was a state issue that cascaded after the other bugs (filter envelope, LFO retrigger etc.) made it hard to hear the modulation effect.
Filters: All fixed. Bell, LowShelf and HighShelf were routing to wrong filter types. Ladder and Karlsen now have gain compensation for the volume
loss at high resonance. OB SEM stability fix above 150Hz. Steiner Parker completely rewritten. Prophet completely rewritten as proper 4 pole. Vowel
cutoff cap removed.
Phase Restart: Fixed. The knob was inside a code block that only ran on fresh voices, not on voice stealing. Now always applies on note on.
Thank you again for taking the time to test so thoroughly and for giving back to the community. Please grab v1.1.1 and let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
Frank
