What a day. At this year's Superbooth, Kreuzberg Audio had its own pop-up store right in the entrance area, and it could hardly have gone better. Right in the middle of the action, just by the entrance, and therefore part of the buzz from the very first minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately I was only on site for a single day, and that came with one small catch. Unlike usual, this time I had no chance to walk through the halls myself, take a proper look around and dig into all the new gear that there was to discover this year. Anyone who knows the Superbooth knows how hard that is to skip. At least there was still time to drop by my old colleagues at Korg and to say a quick hello at the Bitwig booth. That alone made the trip worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In return, there was a lot going on at our own stand. I had incredibly exciting conversations with so many customers and people interested in what we do, and that is exactly what makes a show like this so special to me. Many wanted to try out the Reecer, our software synthesizer that is currently in public beta and completely free to test. Others took a look at the rest of the lineup. It is simply something different to have people right in front of you, instead of only writing by email or in the forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by. The feedback and the many good ideas were worth their weight in gold, and some of it is going straight into the ongoing development. It is exactly this kind of exchange that makes the tools from Kreuzberg Audio better.<\/p>\n\n\n

I was especially happy to see so many old colleagues from the music industry again. Over the years a fair bit of shared history builds up, and a day like this is the perfect chance to refresh it. Another real highlight was that Richie Hawtin came by my stand.<\/p>\n\n\n

I was also really pleased that a few press representatives found their way to the stand, among them Marco and Dagmar from Beat magazine. I was happy to finally meet Eric from Musotalk in person as well. And it was great that Raphael from Neumann Berlin dropped by too. A big thank you at this point for the great collaboration with RAVE.SPACE.<\/p>\n\n\n

A very special thank you goes to Andreas Schneider and Andr\u00e9 Kaufmann, who made this pop-up stand possible in the first place, as well as to Adam Audio for providing the speakers. Without you it would not have worked out this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day was extremely exciting and a lot of fun. I am already looking forward to next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
